HISTORY
From wanting to create the most fuel-efficient vehicle in the world, Aptera Motors’ original design was a two-seat, three-wheeled vehicle called the Aptera 2 Series.
At the beginning of 2023, the first solar-powered Aptera Motor announced the latest model. Long before that, In December 2020, they revealed the Aptera prototype and received many orders.
Before developing into an sEV, In 2019, Aptera underwent a design change to become a battery-powered electric vehicle (BEV).

- Equipped with approximately 700 watts of exclusive solar technology, charging relies on the sun upon and never uses electricity.

2024 APTERA COLORS UPDATE
Exterior
The colors Aptera has launched are now available in Luna Silver, Sol White, and Noir Black. Custom color options will add $1,500 to the color selection system when you are interested in the Aptera and start making purchases with special offers on the exterior and interior. It can be selected when getting closer to the time of purchase.
Aptera premium is the most superior color to suit your taste. We hope that the colors present for 2024 will have flagship colors, different from the colors of Sol, Luna & Noir.
Interior
The Aptera also has separate interior colors, meaning you can choose the color you like. Aptera interior color is available in 3 variants: Coast, Codex, and Vida, if you wish to have a custom interior color (+$900).
2024 APTERA DESIGN
In its development, the unique Undercarriage design by Aptera engineers created a dolphin-like body. Still, the Aptera walked on land and allowed it to fly through the air like a small plane.
We don’t want to think too far about vehicle design until 2030; one thing for sure is that by 2025 we will see a lot of vehicles reorganized as forms of transportation.
It took Aptera a lot of time, manpower, and money to produce a vehicle whose body is built with ultra-lightweight composites. Its curved shape mimics the physics of eggshells.
